This is our lightest plan, designed for seniors who are doing well but would enjoy a friendly, consistent "hello" to brighten their day. No sales, No pressure—just a weekly moment of connection.

  • One 15–20 minute scheduled "Sunshine call" per week.

  • Monthly Connection Summary for the family.

  • Ideal for: Seniors who are fully independent but enjoy a regular "sunshine" call to brighten their day.

A steady, weekly touchpoint for seniors who value their independence but enjoy a dedicated friend to share stories with.

  • $99 / month

  • One 45-minute scheduled call per week.

  • Weekly "Heartbeat Update" for the family.

  • Ideal for: Seniors who are active and want a consistent, deeper conversation.

Our signature service. Two calls per week provide deeper engagement and help us identify wellness trends over time.

  • The Heartland Extras (Included)🎂 Celebration Calls: Dedicated calls for birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays to share in the joy of the day. Our Celebration Calls follow your existing membership duration, ensuring we have plenty of time to toast to your special milestone!

  • ⛈️Priority Reassurance Calls:  When severe weather hits, our neighbors don't wait in silence. We provide unscheduled 10–15 minute 'Check-In' calls to offer a calming voice, verify safety, and ensure your loved one feels secure until the clouds clear.

  • The Safety & Communication Suite

  •       "While we are not medical professionals, we are a second set of ears to let you know if 'Mom just doesn't sound like herself today.'" 

  • Weekly Heartland Journals: A detailed email summary sent to the family every Friday, highlighting stories shared, mood shifts, and "Sparks."

  • The "Red Flag" Alert System: Immediate notification to family members regarding any changes in health, safety, or emotional well-being.

    The Annual Heartland Legacy Book. Because true legacy takes time to capture, the Legacy Book is exclusively curated for our long-term partners. After 12 consecutive months of connection on the Legacy Plan, we transform our 'Legacy Logs' into a stunning, hardbound book for your family to cherish forever
